Anytime you lease or purchase a copy machine through XETX, a maintenance agreement is included which covers the cost of any consumables or service you will need during the span of the contract. Should you need to request service for your machine, you have several support options.

Xerox makes it easy to check supply levels! It’s important to keep an eye on your copiers supply levels and place supply orders in plenty of time for it to arrive before you run out. Supplies are shipped from a warehouse and typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. Best practice is to keep one extra of each color toner, waste container, and a drum on hand to avoid downtime.
