Business has certainly changed over the past thirty years to keep pace with the latest technology, but our innovative mission to bring solutions to the customers we serve remains our top motivation.

Our local Xerox Authorized Sales Agency has gone by several different names since first opening in 1984 as John S. Wyatt, Inc. Later known as Wyatt’s Office City, our name changed again in 2002 to Xerographix East Texas, Inc. To better qualify our services, we changed our name one more time in 2013 to XETX Business Solutions.

Our services extend beyond a vendor/customer relationship. We want to be your valued business partner.  Our approach is to consult with you to determine your needs, then recommend solutions to fit those needs.  We treat our customers the same way that we like to be treated, and we value the long-term relationships that grow great service to customers.
