Introduction

A Xerox Workflow that allows the creation of Xerox® ConnectKey device Apps and the placement of the Apps on the devices themselves. There are several App types, Information Apps, Scan to E-Mail Apps, Scan To FTP Apps, Scan To SMB Apps, Scan To USB Apps, Scan To Multiple Destinations Apps, Scan to Office 365 Sharepoint Online Apps, Scan to Dropbox, Print from URL Apps, Print From Office 365 Sharepoint Online Apps and Print From Dropbox.

Background

Medical Mutual of Ohio is a health insurance company headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. As a regional insurer, they are deeply committed to their members. They are also the official health insurer of the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Browns. 

After conducting thorough studies of their equipment assets and usage, they realized there was an opportunity to consolidate to reduce costs and better serve their clients with more efficient office operations.

With Xerox’s (NYSE: XRX) managed print services (MPS) and office technology, Grohe improved invoice processing, strengthened document security and reduced print costs by 25 percent while decreasing printing devices from 500 to 280.
