I have greatly enjoyed working with Randy as we tried our best to confuse everyone at Xerox with the equipment we needed for our public library. 

Every time I spoke to Randy on the phone and in person, he had a positive demeanor and great attitude towards me and my coworkers and our equipment problems.  He worked with us through new setup, closure of our library and setting us up with printer/copier equipment when we reopened.  When I felt that what we were asking for was above the average customer request, Randy assured me that it would not be a problem and it was taken care of.  I believe that he found ways to help us during that time that truly was more than what should have been required of him and his team.  When the administration made changes to our contracts, Randy made sure that he spoke to me directly about what our equipment needs were.  When I identified a very specific complaint about the speed of a new machine, he researched it, confirmed the problem, and found a solution for us.  I appreciate that he understood and accepted that a library using public access computers, and staff access to one printer/copier would not be a simple set up.  Randy and his team worked with our IT staff and took a great deal of the stress off my shoulders.  He has demonstrated that he is honest, reliable and that Xerox is the best choice for our library.
