During these uncertain times, it is understandable that many businesses are trying to keep the number of people in their office to a minimum. Xerox helps customers by providing a variety of new support options to assist you in the event of a technical difficulty.
Xerox® Support Engage App for 24/7 Technical Support
This app is one of the fastest ways to get support for your machine. With a shorter wait time than calling, Xerox® Support Engage app gives you the option of messaging with support or facetiming. This is a great way to resolve many issues without the need for a technician to be on site. Available through the app store or Google Play, it is free to download and use.
Log onto the XETX website and click Xerox® Support on the top red bar. When you reach the next page, scroll down to Quick Links and select YouTube Support. This will redirect you to the Xerox® YouTube channel where you will find helpful videos for most Xerox® models. The videos cover everything from how to change toner cartridges, to demonstrating how to use many of our apps, or troubleshooting minor problems.
Chat With Support
Another great option for getting tech support quickly is to chat with support online. This option is available by going to the XETX website, clicking Xerox® Support, scrolling down to Quick Links, and selecting Chat With Support. This is a quick way to resolve a wide variety of problems. If the problem cannot be resolved via chat, the representative will dispatch a technician to repair the equipment.
