Xerox makes it easy to check supply levels! It’s important to keep an eye on your copiers supply levels and place supply orders in plenty of time for it to arrive before you run out. Supplies are shipped from a warehouse and typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. Best practice is to keep one extra of each color toner, waste container, and a drum on hand to avoid downtime. The number to order supplies is 1-800-821-2797, option 2, then option 1 for metered. Be prepared to provide the representative with your serial number and shipping address.
Step 1: Select the Device App on your copier.
Step 2: Scroll down slightly and select Supplies.
This will display the remaining percentage left on all the toners. Remember to also check the level of the waste container, drums, and transfer belt cleaner by selecting Other Supplies.
